BankReady has clear criteria to ensure we're the right fit. Here's what we look for — and what we don't do.

BankReady Fit Checklist

Your deal should tick all five boxes.

First mortgage position

BankReady provides senior, first-ranking security only. No second mortgages or mezzanine.

Non-construction

Property must be complete or near-complete. No builder materially involved in works.

Defined bank exit

Clear, documented path to bank refinance within 3–12 months.

Conservative LVR

Typically sub-65% loan-to-value ratio on as-is basis.

Quality borrower

Experienced property principals with clean track record and appropriate financials.

Hard Exclusions

We do not provide finance for the following:

  • Construction or development finance
  • Second mortgage or mezzanine positions
  • Rescue finance or distressed situations
  • Arrears, creditor payments, or loss coverage
  • Exit timeframes beyond 12 months
  • High-LVR lending (typically above 65%)
  • Speculative land banking
  • Residential owner-occupier
